In 2010, there was a fusion with a strategic Israeli partner – a company from the Aurec Capital group. Since then we execute further projects as Okam Capital Group. The Aurec Group was established in the 60’s of the 20th century and is a recognized world leader in many industries: insurance, telecommunications, advertising, investment funds and real estate. About 10 thousand people work in the Aurec Group all around the world.
Due to a very strong capital of shareholders, Okam Capital Group undergoes a very intense development on the real estate market.
